Rolando was born in Bolivia South America, immigrated to Toronto Canada where he now calls home to fulfill his dream of becoming an actor. Rolando has been working professionally in the Film and Television industry for the past 25 years appearing in a variety of Commercials, TV Shows and Films.

Rolando will appear as the Priest in the Amazon TV Show "REACHER", as well as the Store Clerck in the Disney Plus TV SHow "What We Do In The Shadows", he can also be seeing in the Paramount TV Series "Mayor Of Kingstown" as the Chaplain and the 3th season of the TV Series "In The Dark" as Sicario Hugo, he also has appeared in the HBO TV series XII as The Tech and the CBC mini series GUNS where he plays the Minister of Defense of Honduras. Rolando is very thrilled to have participated in the new TV production of DINO DAN, where he will be appearing as the Bus Driver BILL, one of his favourite characters. Watch for him in the films, "Famous",  "The Boondock Saints II" , "Jumper" and "Toilet". He will also appear in the new upcoming feature film "Kidnap Capital" directed by Felipe Rodrigues, the TV Series "The Strain" season 2, Heroes Reborn and The Girlfriend Experience.
